RGS training exercises for the upper limbs
The target is to improve the upper limbs range of movements and correct posture
Motor training
- Control of movement range and speed
- Reaching
- Elbow flexion/extension
- Shoulder adduction/abduction
- Shoulder flexion/extension
- Bimanual coordination
- Posture
- Alternate coordination
- Trunk control
- Head control
PIN BALL
The coloured spheres will fall in and roll upfront. The patient has to catch or reach only those spheres with a predefined colour.
SPHEROIDS
In this training program, the patient must reach approaching spheres at different speeds and frequencies. As the patient performs better the spheres become smaller and faster.

GRAB AND PLACE
The goal of this program is to train precision and coordination of the upper limbs, alternating hands for reaching, grasping and releasing.
ROAD TRIP
Designed for trunk control, balance and shoulder rehabilitation. The patient can control the direction of a kart by leaning his body to the sides while reaching targets with his hands.
CONSTELLATIONS
This protocol is designed to promote vertical movements of the trunk arms as well as the estimation of distance and movement precision.
CLEAN THE TABLE
Using both arms and hands the patient should remove all the cubes from the table.
